Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms govern bookings made through this website and the services we confirm to you. Please read them before submitting a booking request.
1. Who contracts with you
Marrakech Select (“we”, “us”) is the service provider and the party you contract with. The services we advertise — airport transfers, private drivers, city tours, intercity trips, excursions and activities — are delivered using vehicles, drivers, guides and other resources provided to us by independent partner agencies under business-to-business agreements with us.
Even when a partner agency’s vehicle and driver carry out the service, we remain responsible to you for the proper performance of what we confirm. Moroccan consumer law states the same principle: the supplier remains liable to the consumer for the proper execution of a contract involving third parties (Law 31-08, art. 26).
2. How a booking is made
- You submit a booking request on this site. A request is an enquiry — it does not create a booking, and nothing is payable.
- We acknowledge every request by email and review it personally.
- When we confirm, you receive a confirmation email with a unique booking reference, the price in Moroccan dirhams, the vehicle and driver details and the cancellation terms. That confirmation email is the contract between you and us; an electronic document has the same legal value as a paper one under Moroccan law (Law 53-05).
- If we cannot serve you, you receive a polite refusal and nothing is owed by either side.
Before you confirm, the essential terms of the service are shown to you on this site and in the booking form: who we are, the service characteristics, the price arrangement, payment methods and these terms (Law 31-08, arts. 29–30).
3. Price and payment
The price is set by us and stated in the confirmation email in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Payment is made in cash (MAD) to your driver or by bank transfer before pickup; transfer details are sent on request. We issue an invoice for every confirmed booking. We do not ask for card details and we take no prepayment.
Prices shown on the site (for example “from 250 MAD” or a per-person starting price) are starting points. The price that binds you is the one stated in your confirmation email.
4. Cancellation, changes, delays and no-shows
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, half the quoted price is due; no-shows are charged in full. To cancel or change a booking, contact us using the details on your confirmation.
If your flight is delayed, we track it and your driver waits for you. Any arrangement beyond the service you booked is agreed with you first.
Because our services are transport and leisure services supplied on a specific date, Moroccan law excludes the seven-day withdrawal right that otherwise applies to distance contracts (Law 31-08, art. 42(2)). The cancellation terms above apply instead.
5. Third-party providers
Where a partner agency, driver or licensed guide carries out part of the service, they do so within the scope of their agreement with us. Their professional obligations are theirs; your rights under the contract remain ours to honour.
6. Complaints
If anything goes wrong, contact us first — by reply to your confirmation email or through the contact details on our Legal Notices page. We answer as quickly as we can, and you keep every right Moroccan consumer law gives you.
7. Liability
We are responsible for the proper performance of the services we confirm, and for damage caused by our fault within the limits of Moroccan law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability in a way that would amount to an unfair term under Moroccan consumer law — unfair terms are null and void (Law 31-08, arts. 15–19).
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Otherwise the competent Moroccan courts have jurisdiction, without this depriving consumers of any protection they cannot waive.
These terms are published in English, French and Arabic. If any wording is unclear to you, contact us before submitting your booking request.
