Fill the form or write on WhatsApp with your dates, party size and luggage. No card, no prepayment — nothing is charged.

We review and confirm
A person — not a bot — checks availability and replies with a booking reference and final price, usually within 2 hours.

You pay on arrival
In cash (MAD) or by bank transfer. No card, no prepayment, no surprises.

Payment methods
Payment in cash (MAD) or by bank transfer — no card, no prepayment. Nothing is charged through the website. The driver takes cash at pickup, or we email bank transfer details after confirmation.
How long until my request is confirmed?
We reply within 2 hours during business hours (07:00–22:00 GMT+1). Requests sent overnight are answered first thing in the Moroccan morning.
My flight is delayed — what happens?
Nothing on your side. We track the flight you gave us; your driver waits 45 minutes free, and beyond that we monitor and re-plan rather than bill you.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations are charged at full price — a late cancellation is a vehicle we can't resell at short notice.
Child seats
Free in every class. Tell us ages and weights when you book and the seats are installed before pickup.
Luggage limits
Class capacities are listed on the Fleet page. Too much luggage is never a problem — we add a second vehicle.
What is a 'request' vs a booking?
A request is your audience in writing — no payment. A booking is the confirmed version of it: we've checked availability, agreed the price and assigned the driver.
